Summer's Hideaway...

 

It certainly made my day :)

 

It's like a minuscule ball of snow in the middle of a very vast dessert.

 

It's not about being cocky or unreasonable. Nor is it about being inconsiderate, selfish, or egoistic and self-centered. Yes, I have the power and I am using it. No, I am not ashamed. I may sometimes make decisions that are not in the favour of the majority, even at the cost of being disliked. I think of things people may or may not foresee, but I do. It is my responsibility. It is something I do because I am the chosen leader of the organisation.

 

I wonder why I'm still here at 2 in the morning, tolerating with the sudden lagging speed of my laptop, a backache from sitting too long with the same position, and feeling totally drained. Didn't have a good sleep last night and had classes from 8 to 5 today (I'm still in Wednesday, who cares it's pass midnight and it is scientifically Thursday). Lotsa stuff to do tomorrow. There goes my plan to spend some personal time watching The Dark Knight. And I can't believe I watched that silly 'reality' series of Kenny vs. Spenny again. You know how sometimes it feels like it's too heavy to lift your butt from the couch? Exactly :)

 

My cranky and rather PMS-sy desktop monitor's random mood-swings is driving me nuts, nuts, NUTS! And the reason why I haven't brought it to the repair shop is because the screen goes blank (or remain normal) anytime. What if I carried my whole desktop including the CPU (who knows which is the problem?!) into the shop and the monitor suddenly decides to behave itself that day? Then wouldn't I end up looking like a paranoid idiot? So UNPREDICTABLE blah!

 

Guess what.. I can finally explain about AIESEC without refering to any notes and without any hesitation! Alas! Yes, I realize that I'm the president and I should have known how to do this long ago. But I was too shy and unsure. And you know what, this was my last year's resolution :P Yay! I've rised to the surface, and that's what matters :)

 

So drained from the 8-hour long standing. But totally satisfied ;)
